Northwest Evaluation Association (NWEA)’s Education Research Group. NWEA’s Education Research Group collaborates with school districts, universities, foundations, and educational organizations to conduct rigorous and accessible research on a wide range of education issues by using our Growth Research Database (GRD), the most extensive collection of student growth data in the country. The team works directly with school systems to provide consulting and actionable information, using the resources of the GRD. These research partnerships make important contributions to the conversations around education’s most challenging problems and influence the thinking of educational leaders, policy makers, and other key stakeholders. The Education Research Group promotes educational policies and practices that are grounded in the mission of NWEA that help to improve teaching and learning.nwea_logo
